My cousins and I visited Seabank Bistro while in Malahide, County Dublin, and it was an exceptional night! The restaurant is located across the road from the water, which is a beautiful view, but even in the evening the place is super cozy and the ambiance makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy some your time. The service is excellent and so friendly. The owner came over to the table and checked on us, which is what I thought was going above and beyond. The food and wine were both delightful. We shared the mussels and oysters (so fresh!!) and then for the main courses we had the Dover Sole and Thai curry monkfish, both so tasty and fresh.
