My initial review: I do not recommend Paul Secoy/Secoy Custom Structures/Secoy Construction Services for any construction project. In April 2023, Paul Secoy agreed to build an addition to my home. My personal experience with Paul was traumatic and I profoundly regret my decision to hire him. Prior to hiring a contractor, I recommend contacting the Office of the Vermont Attorney General Home Improvement Specialist.
