The store inside Kohl's was well stocked, clean, and the staff was super friendly.
The only problem was that they need more help. There was only one person working there, with a line of customers in the cashier line. So there was no one to ask any questions about products, and a long wait. The cashier was also super friendly and chatting and giving information to the customer at the register, but apparently this customer had a LOT of questions. She was holding up the line for 15 minutes. I counted, and then left because there were 3 more people in front of me but the line wasn't moving.
There was another cash register, just not enough people working to help out. But waiting aside, Sephora really needs more than one person working at the same time, to help out with customer service. read more
