I love shopping at Sephora. However, I recently had an interaction with the manager Britni that was super unpleasant. I previously purchased an eyeliner that I opened and it was empty! I came back to Sephora as soon as I could. Although, I was outside my return window. I explained that I live pretty far from the store. The manager had no sympathy, and told me she will not exchange it for me. She directed me to customer service. She never provided a phone number or any info. Sephora makes a product and overlooks adding the makeup portion to it, now it's my problem. I have to run around trying to get it replaced with no help at all! What kind of company acts this way?? $15 for an eyeliner that's empty and a rude manager. Do better Sephora! I wished her a good day and said thank you... she simply stared at me. I contacted customer service & got it worked out but why should I have to do all that?? I won't be shipping at the location anymore. No need to be so rude. read more
