There are several hotels along Avenida Jose Malhoa, I was staying at Ibis. While the breakfast buffet is not bad at the restaurant, some days we just want a simple quick bite without stuffing ourselves too much. Sete Risos totally fits the bill. Delicious, cheap and fast. It opens early at 7am, though I don't believe it opens on Sundays. They have lots of pastries, including the pastel de nata, and their bread is soft inside with a good chewy shell. It beats many other panaderias we've tried. If I had room in my suitcase I may have brought some home. You can eat here daily for your whole stay and still have something different. There are sandwiches too for a quick lunch there or to go, and I believe they offer one or two lunch dishes as well. read more
