I can't even believe I found Alex - through yelp - thanks to all of the other amazing reviews on here. He does everything himself from start to finish - a thorough wash, hair cut and styling - all included in the price that he provides you up front before the appointment (so there are no surprises at the last minute that it will be double what you expected because your hair is a little bit thicken or longer - which is always so stressful in nyc) He is super accommodating and great with communication leading up to the apt and during the apt. He listens to what you want and then takes what you're hoping for to the next level. This was the best hair cut I have ever gotten - he did an incredible job and you could tell that he truly cared and was passionate about his work and his clients' happiness and satisfaction.
