The so called manager with the dark eyebrows and goatee is extremely rude and unorganized. There were several people standing around (but no one actually standing in line) so we didn't know who was next. The manager was at one register and a lady was at the other. When I went to the manager's register he said he wasn't doing lottery. When I went to the other register she said he's doing pottery too and I needed to wait my turn. Mind you they are just selecting random people to wait on. I went back to the manager who said abruptly when it's your turn I'll tell you. Then he waits on someone who just walked up. I was livid and he tells me to calm down. I told him they need to learn how to organize a line. We said we were going to report the store and the lady at other register said he's the manager. I told her I don't give a damn and I can still report him. Worst service ever and we patronize this lace often but we may need to find another place. SMDH!! Here's the twist....the lady then says that the lottery machine was resetting. WTF?? That's all they had to say in the beginning.
