The "premium" car wash I purchased for $10 left a thick coat of blue soap... wax... who knows what... all over my car. I went directly inside to tell the man at the counter about what happened. He told me I would have to pay $8 more to have the blue funk washed off my car and there was nothing else he could do. (Seriously?) I paid too much for their gas and another $10 to make my car a huge mess. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Shell station. read more
