When I went to the Shell in Carson (on Wilmington and 223rd), I used pump 5 to purchase gas for $20.06 at 3:21am. About 15 minutes later, I noticed that $77.08 was missing from my account. I called my bank to dispute the transaction and the customer service rep told me that Shell placed a hold on my account. That had never happened to me before, especially not at that specific gas station. I was instructed to either wait two business days to get my money back or go up there and demand it immediately. I went back up there of course. On my way there, I called 15 times and the store associate did not answer. When I got there, the store associate told me that he did not care about my issue and that he "really didn't give a f***" when I got my money back.
