My car was not clean after they "washed" it. Before I left, I had to ask one of the guys to borrow his towel so that I could clean the inside myself. I got to my next stop & realized that there was a scratch & dent on my driver side door that definitely was not there before. I called & they said to bring it back so that they could assist me with it. I returned & the supervisor was really nice. She said that maybe it happened when they were washing it in the tunnel. She also let me know that the manager wasn't there at the moment but the following day they will watch the cameras to see what happened & then give me a call. It has been a week now and they still have not called. I will never go back there & I do not recommend it to anyone else. read more
