The very first gas station south of Waycross GA is here in Folkston and like a Northerner, I expect gas stations every so often. Not today as it was 36 or so miles when I should have filled up but did not. In the end, I was fine and I still had another gallon of gas in the tank (27-28 miles) but I didn't want to go much further. This station has outside pumps with separate areas for cars and trucks. There is also a convenience store that I did not venture inside. In these days of social distancing, NOONE was wearing a mask! The receipt printer did not work, displaying a "SEE CLERK" message.
