So I love this gas station and the owner Jose, but don't buy the Hyppe Ultra vapes. They warn you about some of them being faulty telling you to try it to see if it works, giving you hope that they'll actually do something about them, such as exchange them (I don't want my money back, I just want a product that works), but this is the third time that I've bought one, and it's turned out to be burnt out after 10 drags when the packaging promises 600. The first two times, I never said anything because I just figured I had bad luck, but after the third time, I went back to exchange it and the younger woman who had just clocked in told me that if you can hit it a couple times, they can't exchange it. I called before leaving this review to give them another chance to offer an exchange, telling them it's not in good practice to sell faulty products, and that I'd leave this review if they didn't, and her response was "you have to call Hyppe, they make them we just sell them". So Jose, I urge you to either find a new product that actually works, or train your employees on customer service and offer exchanges for items that don't work. I love your store, but your employee's attitude was apathetic and disregarding. I've never shown any of your employees anything but kindness so this came to me as a surprise. read more
