I'm completely disgusted with this business. Never have I seen such obvious price gouging. The owner(s) are a disgrace and are taking advantage of travelers. This really makes me sick. On 11/27/23 I chose to fill up my rental car's gas tank; based on convenience to the Phoenix Airport Rental Car Center. As soon as I pulled up to the pump, I regretted that decision. At that time, it was too late to fuel up at one of its competitors. I paid $5.99 gallon for 87 octane gasoline. Since filling up at Shell I have done searches on other stations in the same area. The other filling stations were all far below $4 per gallon. Never again will I fill up any gas tank at a Shell station. They lost a customer for life. I will be filing a complaint with AZ Attorney General's office. Congratulations! read more
