Through DoorDash, I placed an order for Krispy Krunchy Chicken, which is apparently connected to this Shell location. I couldn't find the actual restaurant on Yelp. When the food arrived, it was already missing a part of the order. I ordered a 2pc chicken and biscuit, a 4pc chicken tender combo, and a chicken sandwich. For the combo, I chose the mashed potatoes as my side item. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! The gravy for the mashed potatoes had no flavor-tasted like it was bad tea. They put some kind of honey butter or something in the middle of the chicken sandwich, which made the sandwich soggy. It also had pickles, so for me, I didn't like the combination together. It was just weird. The thing that topped it off was the center of the chicken tender I had already bit into was still slimy. You know if chicken's slimy, it's not thoroughly cooked. Ugh. Better not give me food poisoning. Good thing I broke the tender in half rather than finding out later when I bite into the center. If I had known it's from a gas station, I would never have placed an order. Ugh. NEVER AGAIN! read more
