Employee Pashma extremely rude and discourteous. A customer ,an ELDERLY LADY, asked to use the restroom. The customer was given a receipt and told to use the code . She was not told where the code was and publicly asked for help because she didn't have her glasses while doing the "I gotta pee "dance. Pashma offered no assistance and yelled NEXT to the next customer. The lady was about to have an accident in a public setting and still no assistance was offered by the employee. I assisted the elderly lady to enter the restroom. Waited for Pashma to process my lottery number when she gave it back to me and said if I don't know how to fill it out correctly don't play or use quick pick. Asked for the manager and was told no one is there only her. Hope the manager will be made aware of this stellar employee and her particular spin on customer service. read more
