So yesterday I needed to get a quick car wash because I had family in town and didn't want my car to be dirty. So I stopped got gas and then took my car to the car was. Take in mind I have a brand new car right. So I went through the car wash payed from the best one I could get with the wax and everything. And when I went through and finished I pulled off so I can vacuum out my car the WHOLE LEFT SIDE of my car was scratched by the brushes and I went and spoke to the manager and he told me it wasn't from his brushes that "I looks like I got side swiped". So I said no that the car was did that to my brand new car and I wanted his Corporates number. He refused to give it to me and called me "fucking nuts". So I ended up leaving and went into the shell and got the number. Long story short they damaged the whole left side of my vehicle and had rude/terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin your car, LIE and DENY it. read more
