This place used to be just an old shack, that was always way overpriced.
They have redone the building over completely, and got rid of the auto repair section. Now the full building is the "In Town Market", a great convenience store, for basically everything. They had a full coffee area, wine, all of you normal convenience products, 24 pack waters (in quantity), and lots of other good stuff. The store was organized & clean as well.
For the gas station section, yeah, I came here, essentially for gas. And the only reason being out of convenience. It isn't nearly as overpriced as it used to be, but is still more than other nearby stations in the area. For instance, yesterday it was priced at $1.79 and other places were charging on average $1.69. Not a HUGE increase, and if you are using Stop&Shop points it won't matter, but not a gas station to go out of your way for. Additionally, in the back of the parking lot they have an air machine. On average, I would have given this place only 3 stars, but because of how amazing the new convenience store is (such an upgrade from the former), and because of the poor Yelp average (1.5 stars is ridiculous), I decided to give it 4.
