On March 16th I purchased gas, some combos and Vuse cartridges. Since I used my Shell rewards, I was emailed a receipt. There was a charge for 5 $1 scratch tickets on there. I assumed it was simply a mistake and moved on. Today, I went and bought Vuse cartridges. Same cashier. I used my rewards. On my way out the door, I got my receipt emailed to me. I opened it and there was another charge for $5 worth of scratch tickets. I went back in and asked for my physical receipt. It took about 4 minutes for him to get it and when he did, he immediately pointed out that he had issued a $5 refund. Please be careful and check your receipts. This seems to be common practice, at least with this cashier. read more
