I have never been so upset with a business. I brought this drawer to Sherman Williams to have the paint matched. A young lady named Cat had it for a day and a half. When I arrived today the color match was not complete. Cat carelessly put another color on the front of the drawer. It is very noticeably lighter. When I asked her about it she acted like it was no big deal. This drawer does not belong to me if I can't get the paint to match now, than I've just ruined my friend's dresser. Again I say this is unacceptable, unprofessional and unforgivable. I will never walk through the threshold of this Sherman Williams again. And I will advise my friends and family of my disappointment. ** I would like to note that the manager from the Moscow, Idaho Sherman Williams, The Pullman, Washington Sherman Williams, and the district manager all called me regarding my comments. All three were very polite and listened to my concerns. The store manager from the Pullman Sherman Williams was super nice and very apologetic.
