We concur with all of the negative reviews. You find all the issues as you start living there. Looked great initially, but the list of problems continue to mount. I cannot suggest strongly enough to stay away from Shodeen. So far their customer service is like pulling teeth. If you don't get every little thing on a "punch-list" immediately you are likely going to have to argue with them to get it fixed. Even after we have put things on their precious punch list, we kept having to ask over and over for things to get fixed.
