I am visiting from the St. Paul, Minnesota, area and a group of us (12) came here for dinner tonight to celebrate a couple of nonagenarian uncles. I had the baked French onion soup with a house salad and everyone else ordered a variety of different dinners. The soup was great. I can't speak to anyone else's food (too busy visiting) but everything looked very tasty. They have a liver and onion special on Thursday night which one of my uncles enjoyed. Another family member ordered the broasted chicken which he said is his go-to here and it looked delicious.
I have to address the service. Outstanding! Our server, Floyd, couldn't have been more gracious, friendly, helpful, funny, etc. What a wonderful experience thanks in large part to Floyd who was fantastic. Highly recommend if you haven't been! read more
