Brad is very nice and promised to renovate my elderly Mom's house to improve its resale value. But did not follow through on many of his promises. The work was done cheaply, quickly, amateurishly. Electrical work was left with exposed & loose wires. Concrete patching left cracks, walkway construction was crooked and used our own old bricks & edging. Not recommended. read more
