employee Grant Braxton need to be better trained on his customer service skills.. I had a horrible experience with him after I was sent the wrong clip on his end, I was told I cannot get my correct clip started process until Grant received their clip back first, mind you it was already paid for, this experience has been horrible all around with the clip jamming, to the C02 air leakage, to having to send it in for service, Grant definitely put the cherry on top with his service and attitude, will never purchase from this sit again due to the treatment From Grant read more
