Appointment was at 3:30 PM. We were told to be here by 3:00 PM to fill out the paperwork etc.Arrived @ 2:45 PM It's now 4:15 PM and were told by the two receptionists upfront that they're running behind. "Ya, think"??!! NOW, can't be seen until 5:30 PM ( they close at 5 PM). LOL I explained I have to have it done today! My options were: to have them call around to see if another location had an opening ( right?!!!) They wouldn't & I drove here from Gilbert! They claimed I could leave & come back? "No, Thanks"! They'd probably close the doors at 5! So, now we sit until we're seen!! One older gentleman got here at 1:30 PM and his appointment was at 2:00 PM. He literally was just now called back at 4:26 PM. Ridiculous!! I've seen people "come and go" I questioned that with the staffers & they claimed they're just X-rays?! This imaging Tech (" that's right" just ONE) is running behind as explained by the gal at the desk. She stated a woman came in earlier that didn't have an appointment, they "squeezed her in" & so that put everyone who had an appointment at least two or more hours out! "So much" for customer service! As I will reiterate what the older man that waited for 3 hours said: "so much for our healthcare system"! I had issues getting this appointment , I had issues with my insurance company and now I have issues with having to wait !!
