I took the Saturday morning Pole Intro - Level 1 class and really enjoyed it. The facility is located next to a flower shop. Arrive early because it's in a busy plaza and parking is limited. The studio itself is quite large inside, clean, and nicely laid out with plenty of space around each pole, which made the class feel comfortable and not crowded. The instructor was welcoming, patient, and encouraging -- perfect for beginners. She demonstrated moves step-by-step and made sure everyone felt supported throughout the class. The vibe was fun, empowering, and beginner-friendly. I felt challenged without feeling overwhelmed. One thing to note: the class and studio are mostly Spanish-speaking. I don't speak Spanish, but it didn't take away from the experience -- the instructor still made sure I could follow along -- just something helpful for others to know. read more
