I wanted to start off by saying I do not usually post reviews but this warranted my first. I am very disappointed in the cleaning provided by Sitaras Cleaning. Initially all seemed to be good, a consultation was completed and pricing was provided prior. I was unable to get a Thursday cleaning which I wanted so I settled on Tuesday in which they only had between 1:30-2:00. The cleaning team of two did not arrive until 2:30 at which time I had already texted Deb in the news to reschedule now that they were a half hour late and it would throw off an appointment I had later that day. The team then said that they could come first thing at 9:00 on Thursday. (This was originally what I wanted so why now could they do it ?) So I agreed. Thursday came and she showed up right at 9:00. After providing the cleaning supplies I thought would be used, the cleaning lasted just about 2 hours. Once she left I then had to clean my entire house. Our end tables in our bedroom were completely still covered in dust and dog hair, not even an attempt was made to clean. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and soap residue in the shower. There were crumbs on our kitchen counter tops and yogurt on our wood floors and bottom of the stove. These are just some of the examples. This was a very expensive vacuum job!
