I had a terrible experience with this rental car company and will never book with them again. First, there were only 5 people before me but the staff is too slow that it took me 2 and half hours to get my car. I had reserved a compact SUV, but when I arrived, they claimed they didn't have one available and they mentioned they are going to charge extra $15 per day for the available car , which was not acceptable to me and then rude staff member said don't give me any car and let me wait for animal hours and at last instead gave me a compact crossover in extremely poor condition. they reset all the errors (i know cuz the clock was rest to factory settings).The car was completely run down, with multiple warning lights, including the check engine light, on the entire time. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their support team to address these issues, no one picked up the call. The lack of customer service and the condition of the vehicle were unacceptable. If you're considering booking with this company, think twice. I do not recommend them. read more
