This is located inside of Bayside market, and is one of several gelato spots within the Marketplace. It's located in one of the tighter walkways compared to others, but there are chairs and tables across from the shop for seating. As for service - it was pretty standard - nothing crazy, but nothing extra. They'll let you sample a few flavors if you're unsure of what to order, so just ask.
