I was really excited to try the Iced White Chocolate Mocha Latte here before heading home, so I ordered that along with a Hot Chai Tea Latte. Unfortunately, the barista made a mistake and gave us two Chai Lattes. I politely pointed it out, and she said she would remake my drink. When she handed me the new drink, it was still wrong- another Iced Chai Latte instead of the Iced White Chocolate Mocha Latte. What really disappointed me was how the barista reacted. Instead of being understanding, she seemed upset and blamed me for the mistake, saying she heard me order a Chai Latte. While she offered to fix it again, her tone was not very polite.
