Mother's Day this year was incredibly special this time. My daughter gifted me with a private pilates session with my girlfriends at this place. As I normally do a mat pilates at my gym I get so excited to try a reformer one. The place is very new just opened March of this year. The interior is very clean, bright and immaculate. Washroom at the back is available. Its along yonge so there is street parking available. Our instructor Aly is very helpful to have us not to get overwhelmed with the technique for the machine. She guided us every step of the way. The front desk reception was managed by Abby who is very sweet to get us checked in smoothly. We went to North York location as they also have one in midtown and Scarborough , and adding one more in Mississauga opening this summer. All in all it was a lovely experience. read more
