Horrible customer service. Smart start told me 2 hours max to have interlock installed, that was a lie, it took 4.5 hours. I have asthma and can't blow long & hard as many times while driving as it wants so it fails me. The interlock has drained my battery, causing me to spend $400 on a new battery & starter for my car.
