Literally the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!! They installed the device incorrectly resulting in damage to my BRAND NEW vehicle which kept me from even driving for two months as the dealership attempted to fix THAT problem. Then they "fixed" it upon reinstall and did so that it triggered its own violations while driving by turning itself off and on! That problem finally gets fixed literally one month before I can have the device removed and when I went to get the compliance report they wanted to charge me a full month of service PLUS a removal fee (which I was told would be waived due to ALL the issues) unfortunately the only manager worth a damn who actually was helpful and literally had to come attempt to fix all of these many issues at a gas station when this device locked me out of my vehicle less than one hour after installation left the company because even he felt he was ripping people off!!!! This company seems to think they can rake people over the coals by exploiting the laws keeping these devices in an individuals vehicle. Corporate greed at its finest here folks!! This is already a pretty unfortunate thing to have to deal with and I HIGHLY suggest finding a company that doesn't relish in taking advantage of your misfortune and mistake. read more
