In spite of the workers being very fast, there was always a long line. The hotel can handle four large conferences or conventions and 5 medium sized meetings at the same time, but there's only this one coffee shop. Prices are higher than at an airport, and they only use disposable, with a heavy use of unrecyclable plastic. Twice I got my espresso in a partially crushed cup from rushed capping and spilled on my cream colored shoes (not happy about this). You really don't have a choice, there are Kuerigs in the rooms and that is some terrible coffee. Next time Im bringing a small water heater and a travel french press and my own coffee. read more
