I've been coming to Eagle River for years and never stopped in till now. I'm calling Smugglers a "Dive Bar". Not at all in a bad way! It's just your typical local joint that happens to serve some really good burgers. Stop in and grab a Smash Burger or a Pastrami sandwich. Their sauce is delicious.
