My friend had an appointment with Social Security in the afternoon. We made a day of it by visiting other places prior to this visit.
We arrived early in the hopes of being seen early. We did our usual check in at the kiosk and received a number for help.
The agent was 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. He was swift and efficient. My friend had questions but he said he didn't have time. I didn't think that was right especially that he kept us waiting, I understand there are other customers who need help but don't dismiss those who have a few questions.
He called the next customer so we had no choice but to leave.
