We really liked this place! No pressure dining like at the busier kumkapi area. This street is like a cute boutique hotel lined avenue. Little shops, cafés, even a hostel or two.
We walked right up, they sat us quickly and the rest of the evening was perfect. We shared an appetizer, entree and dessert. I had a glass of wine and my husband had a beer. The whole meal with drinks came to about 46TL. Which is about $23 dollars. Very reasonable for the meal we had! We've found that Istanbul isn't quite as economic as we thought, and it's more likely that you would spend American prices if you don't put a little research into your experience.
Sofa Cafe is a good place for a great meal at a great price! read more
