Thank you sofas for less!! My fiancé and I decided on this beautiful couch from here & customized it to what we thought we wanted. Diana was so accommodating and helped us through all of it. upon the couches arrival (in 2 weeks!) I wasn't happy with the way the cuddler piece looked. My fiancé and I called it the check mark couch. I was so upset & freaking out because I was BEYOND worried I was stuck with this expensive couch I wasn't happy with. I went into the store & told Diana how I felt and showed her the pictures. She was so sweet (as usual) and told me it was an honest mistake & she would get back to me on where we could go from here. She spoke with the owner & got back to me within a few hours & told me we would be able to switch out the cuddler section for a straight piece & give me an L shaped couch. Well my new piece arrived a few days ago & I'm beyond happy. This place is so professional & helpful I won't buy a couch from anywhere else from now on!
