This replaced where SmartBean Coffee used to be. There aren't many coffee shops in the PSN area so I was excited to try this new shop. Located in a shopping plaza full of different shops from a dentist office, hair salon, tuxedo rental, a daycare and more. As soon as I entered I noticed It was pretty dark inside. I went to use the restroom and there wasn't any toilet paper. We ordered the iced white chocolate shaken espresso, small americano, prosciutto grilled cheese, and turkey and cheese croissant. The iced white chocolate shaken espresso tasted bitter. My mom wanted Creamer for her coffee and we were told they didn't have any. The barista offered to put together half and half, which I thought was nice of her to offer. The prosciutto grilled cheese was great and comes with chips but the turkey and cheese croissant was okay. There weren't many employees working. It was Tuesday afternoon so that could be why. The barista was the server as well. We had to get our own utensils and she wasn't very attentive. We were the only customers sitting inside, except for a few customers that came inside to order coffee to go. I hope this coffee shop does well because it's in a great location and great addition to the PSN community. read more
