Well, we're not going to be able to review another total solar eclipse in Charleston for another 100 or so years, so unless I'm still writing reviews when I'm 160 years old, I best chime in now. Utterly amazing!! Sitting on the dock on Isle of Palms, we saw the wildlife wigging out.... including the humans. For us, the two best moments were when darkness came over the marsh and when we could hear the ooo's and ahh's coming from the masses gathered on the beach. It was a fantastic gathering of folks from all over. In a time when the nation is so divided, it was humbling to see people assemble for one great purpose. read more
