Solid Ground missed that 90% of my crawlspace is rotten and there is a hanging beam in the attic. Its $23,000 to fix the problem. After writing previous reviews they told me to take them down and they would work with me and get there insurance to pay for it. Its been 2 years since I bought the house and nothing. There insurance sent out a claims adjuster and he didn't even fully enter the crawlspace and said "if its that rotten there then the whole crawlspace is going to be rotten." The insurance guy didn't even have to crawl around to know that the crawlspace was gone. Solid Ground has made excuses like it could have been easy overlooked, but it is gross negligence. There is a list of small things they missed, but that can be expected. I don't see how someone misses a rotten crawlspace then makes excuses for there lack of knowledge. The hanging beam in the attic has nothings to support a 17 ft span and they tried to call that crowning. read more
