Just like Stacy, he flaked out on our moving appointment. I can't imagine how often this happens for people that don't get on Yelp to let other people know. It would be forgivable to cancel due to being sick, 24 hrs before. I get it and will deal with it. I wouldn't like it but at least I have time to get the move covered. I called and his phone was turned off, voicemail was full and no call at all. A teenage boy does this kind of cowardly act on his first job, again, forgivable because they're young. This is a grown man, running a business. Needless to say, I called and got Rogue Valley Movers to help me out. They showed up and saved the day. I was on a schedule and Marcell left me out to dry.
