Another great location for solidcore in Fenway. This location has 2 studios, lockers, and 2 bathrooms. Each studio has 18 reformers that are fairly packed together. I took a full body class on a weekday morning. The instructor explained and demoed a few of the exercises we would be doing with sweatlana (the reformer) and we got started right away. The instructor was great at giving cues as to how long an exercise was lasting and when the next exercise would begin. It was helpful to see other people in the class as well as the modifications or challenges that could be taken. This class can be as easy or as hard as you make it depending on how your body is feeling that day. There's a slight learning curve to figure out all the springs, but it's not too difficult to follow. Overall, a great Pilates work out to get toned. read more
