This place just opened in the ever-expanding Epicenter at Agritopia. Source is the perfect spot for delicious food you can feel good about eating. I started with their lentil soup which was out of this world delicious. I literally almost licked my bowl clean. I also started with their hummus and za'atar flatbread. Since I'm gluten free, I made them aware and they were able to bring me a side of veggies to go with the hummus. Super delicious. Due to my allergies, I stuck with their mixed salad and added some wild sockeye salmon. My salad had a perfect blend of greens, beets, and grapefruit. I opted out of the croutons. They have a massive and beautiful patio out front which is perfect with this wonderful weather. Service was quick, and executed very well.
