I recently had a low speed collision with another car that resulted in a nice dent in the front bumper of my new car. A co-worker recommended Southside Collision which is close to my work. I called and was told to bring my car in anytime for an on the spot quote. When I brought it in Allen was awesome. He thoroughly checked out my car and gave me a quote. It was higher than another company that I had just emailed photos too so Allen went over the other quote with me and pointed out damage under the hood that the other company wouldn't have seen from the photos. I got a really good feeling from him that his was an honest shop so I made the appointment for the repairs. I was told it would take about a day and a half and that was accurate. My final price was the price he quoted. Not only does my car look as good as new but they also washed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside too. They even left me some goodies inside including a little flashlight, a pack of tissues and a day planner. What a nice touch.
