I had dinner at Spark last night; sat at the bar. The atmosphere was fun, people at the bar were friendly and all talking to each other. The bartender was great! I was there alone but felt completely comfortable. The steak was so good and perfectly cooked. Loved the prosciutto cheddar cheese grits, but the spinach was not that great. Had great wine and a yummy expresso martini (on the house because they made an extra or something . I definitely recommend Spark! read more
