As mentioned in a previous review post, this review was a bit difficult because the concept is great, the inside so beautiful but the execution and professionalism is poor. I'm basically giving this place a 3 star review solely on the aesthetic but beyond that, I do not recommend. I booked this place for my daughters 5th birthday, and our party was at 12pm. I called the owner at 12:02pm to ask her for the exact location (because it's not visible from the parking lot), and she had no idea that she had a party scheduled. She finally arrived 30 minutes late and was all over the place, and rushing! There was nothing relaxing about this experience but luckily with my daughter being so young, she wasn't able to tell that anything was wrong. I really wanted to love this place but again the professionalism is not what it needs to be. I do not recommend. read more
