It doesn't seem that long ago when Speedways were all new and shiny, but now they pale in comparison to KTs and BPs. The gas is relatively cheap, the coffee machines are comparable (mediocre and not as good as fresh brewed but better than stale and old like 7-11 or Sendiks to go). Doughnuts are fresher than DD, but then so is cardboard. This place always smells like burned metal, like someone cooked metal in a microwave.
