I have been a customer for years and always had a great experience but they sent out a new tech and he's been leaving a mess on the side of my pool. Like anyone else would I reached out to speak with a manager and never received a call back. Spoke to the representative and thought all would be better after we spoke but it's been worse. This time they left my pool dirty, with leaves piled on the side when we have a trash can in the back. My wife called to address the situation lady hung up on her. After no attempts to rectify the issue with no apology, I guess we need a new poll company! Sad to see a great company down fast. read more
