I've struggled finding a salon or a stylist to return to as a repeat customer. I learned about Split Enz through a family friend and saw several posts praising the team on social media. I recently visited the salon for a holiday event with Santa Claus. I mentioned to the front desk that I was interested in scheduling an appointment. I was greeted by the friendly owner and she handed me a business card. I recently came in for a haircut and style. Kara was the first friendly staff member to greet me and offered me a beverage. I enjoyed a cup of chamomile tea with honey. I then met for my appointment with Emilee. From the start, she listened to my concerns and offered advice and recommendations. She was very attentive and gave outstanding customer service. She gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. I even left with a few products. Thanks to everyone at Split Enz!
