We got there 10 minutes before their 7pm closing. Kids made fun of me when I said, "When I was a kid Spot Coffee was a late night spot"... then proceeded to remind me that was 20+ years ago. Kids ordered a mango smoothie and all the fighting of who would get the first sip led to it spilling all over. So, not only do we show up and create a big order 10 minutes before close, we made a sticky mess. Despite that, the girl at the counter was very sweet and made them a new one. The rest of our meal was delivered in a to go bag, so we took the hint and came home to eat. Atmosphere was enjoyed by the kids, who all wanted to sit at the couch by the fireplace. It felt homey and they liked the art on the walls and music. We got 3 bean veggie chili, a strawberry almond salad, chicken feta wrap, and pizza bagel. Then finished with my Spot staple: Smores bar (and an oreo dream bar). Great, wholesome food...what you'd expect from a coffee shop. Everyone cleared their plates and said Spot rules! read more
